Terms of service

The terms for accessing and using Forge.

Last updated: September 17, 2026 · N&R Tech Labs, LLC

Using Forge

These terms apply to Forge as operated by N&R Tech Labs, LLC. Forge is a private work cockpit for authorized users. It helps organize work, run enabled workflows, and review results; access does not imply that every feature or integration is enabled for every user.

Use Forge only if you are authorized to access the workspace and the connected accounts involved. Questions about these terms can be sent to robipop@norsoft.dev.

Accounts and permissions

Keep your sign-in and integration credentials secure. You are responsible for choosing appropriate connections and permissions and for the instructions and approvals you give through your account. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Connect only accounts and data you have permission to use. Your organization's rules and the terms of Google, Telegram, AI providers, and other connected services continue to apply. Those services may change permissions, revoke access, limit availability, or require you to sign in again.

Your work and review decisions

You retain the rights you have in material you provide. You permit us and the service providers involved to process that material as needed to operate the features you choose, subject to the privacy policy and applicable restrictions. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for material you upload or ask Forge to retrieve.

AI-generated answers and outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review facts, code, articles, files, and proposed actions before relying on or approving them. Forge does not guarantee ownership, exclusivity, or freedom from third-party rights in generated material.

Some workflows require approval before an external action. Where an enabled workflow performs an action directly, your instruction must authorize it. You remain responsible for decisions to publish, send, deploy, approve, or otherwise use a result.

Acceptable use

  • Use Forge lawfully and respect the privacy, intellectual property, and other rights of others.
  • Do not access accounts, workspaces, systems, or data without authorization, or bypass permission and approval controls.
  • Do not interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, abuse connected APIs, or use the service to send unlawful or abusive material.
  • Do not treat instructions found inside retrieved emails, documents, or web pages as permission to take actions on someone else's behalf.

Availability and connected services

Forge and its integrations may change or be interrupted. Features may depend on available execution capacity, account authorization, third-party limits, or human review. A queued task, saved request, or connected account is not a guarantee that work has completed.

Check the reported outcome and resulting artifact or external state before relying on completion. The morning brief provides approximate unread counts and bounded calendar information; it is not a complete mailbox or calendar record and is not suitable as an emergency or time-critical notification service.

Maintain independent copies of important work. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or recovery of every lost record. Any separate written agreement for paid services or support governs the commitments expressly covered by that agreement.

Privacy and ending access

The privacy policy describes how Forge handles information, including Google data, assistant processing, and retention. Revoking a connection ends future access under that authorization; it does not automatically remove previously delivered messages or copies retained in other systems.

You may stop using Forge, revoke integrations, or contact robipop@norsoft.dev to request account or workspace deletion. The operator may restrict or suspend access when needed to address misuse, unauthorized access, security issues, or a legal obligation. Data handling after access ends follows the privacy policy.

Responsibility and changes to these terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forge is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every requirement or that its outputs will be correct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your use, we will provide appropriate notice. Contact robipop@norsoft.dev if you have questions or want to raise a concern.
