Forge uses Google authorization so you choose which accounts to connect. Executor manages these connections for the configured Forge services.
How Google data is used- Gmail
- Unread inbox estimates for your morning brief. Separately enabled assistant tools can retrieve selected messages when you request them.
- Google Calendar
- Event counts and time blocks for the day. Assistant requests can use event details through an enabled connection.
- Google Drive
- Optional assistant access to selected file contents and supported filing actions when you explicitly request them.
